Why do I feel the need to remind everyone about these fun little things called "manners"? Because everyone's acting like damn five-year-olds. Here we go.
1. During lunchtime, take your garbage by hand to the trash can instead of throwing it across the table only to hit someone in the face. The trash can isn't that far away, get off your lazy ass and walk it over.
2. While playing a team sport in PE, it's rude to be a ball-hog. Let other people have the ball for once, okay? It's not a one-man team. *Your teammates are there to HELP you!*
3. If someone asks you to not do something, be courteous and quit whatever you're doing. Don't get mad at them if they yell at you after they've asked you fifteen times to stop and you still haven't gotten the hint.
4. Stay out of other people's business. If you are told not to read someone's diary, then don't read their diary. You don't have to know every detail about everyone's lives, you stalker.
5. Don't yell at the top of your lungs at your mother via phone. She can hear you fine. The person sitting two feet away from you, though, might now have hearing problems.
6. When your teacher asks you to quiet down, it's a good idea to be respectful and shut up. You're the one that's gonna get the detention, not your teacher.
7. Don't be surprised if people "stalk" you on facebook. You've displayed your information for your whole friends list to see, so technically you're an 'enabler'.
8. It's always nice if you make an effort to use proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Not only does it prove you've had any sort of education, it helps people to actually understand the message you're attempting to convey.
9. If for some reason, someone does something nice for you, it's a custom to be polite and say, "Thank you". Otherwise you'll seem like a greedy brat who doesn't appreciate all they have.
10. When someone works hard making something (a blog post, for example), they appreciate it if you comment and show some recognition that you've read it and their thoughts haven't gone to waste.
I HAVE READ IT AND YOUR THOUGHTS HAVEN'T GONE TO WASTE
